Transforming Negative Thoughts and Emotions to Empower Change and Manifest What You Desire

Have you ever asked yourself the question “why am I not experiencing
the life that I desire? Why do I feel stuck or why am I not moving
forward? If this is how you feel then it is probably due to your
programming or conditioning
If you desire change in your situation, it is necessary for you
to first realise that you create your own reality. Some of you may
ask “what do you mean “I create my own reality? Your
thoughts and feelings (a result of your belief system) are what
create the circumstances and results you face in your life.
Thoughts have a vibration or frequency which will produce an appropriate
emotion which will cause you to take an action, or not take an action
which lines up with that emotion.
Thought is the first level of creation. We are told that we think
60,000 thoughts a day, of which 85% of them are negative thoughts.
Thoughts are recycled information. Thinking occurs in the conscious
part of us and feeling occur in the subconscious part of us.
How To Change The Pattern of Negative Thinking
So how can you change this cycle or pattern of negative thinking?
It’s being aware of what’s going on in your thought
life. In other words listen to your inner dialogue. What are you
saying to yourself? The thinking part of you, (left brain—conscious
mind) and the feeling part of you must be aligned (right brain—subconscious
mind). When both the left and right brain are aligned we are operating
from our whole brain. We are single minded. James 1:8 says “A
double minded person is unstable in all his ways.”
Thoughts are also an indication of what you are feeling. The more
aware you are of your thoughts, the greater the realisation of what
is happening at the feeling level. When a feeling has been aroused
it is usually because of a belief or a system of beliefs which has
been established within you. Be aware of this mind chatter, or negative
self talk. If you do not take charge of these thoughts, they will
have a snowball effect, causing unruly feelings and emotions that
can disrupt at a moments notice. So how do you neutralize your negative
emotions and thoughts?
Process to Clear Negative Thinking

Here is a process that you can experiment with for yourself
anytime and anywhere.

Suppose you feel fear, identify what part of the body that
you feel it in. Then imagine that fear as a giant ball of energy.
Do not judge it. It’s not good or bad. It’s not
right or wrong. To neutralise or transmute this energy, take
this ball of energy which you see in your mind’s eye and
move it gently into your heart space.

Deep within your heart is a space called the sacred space,
and the smallest of all particles called the adamantine particle.
These adamantine particles can take anything back to its original
source, which is the vibration of love. See the adamantine particles
now enfolding the emotion with love, bringing the energy back
to the vibration of love. The energy is now neutralized.

This process only takes a few minutes.

Give thanks for the transmutation that has taken place, and
say three times to yourself---It is done, it is done, it is
done.
